1. How could I get samples? And How much the courier freight will be for the samples?
We supply charge samples and the courier cost also will need you pay.
But please don't worry, we supply all of them at a very reasonable cost, and choose the cheapest and reliable shipping company to ship the goods. Then to find a way to build long cooperattion with you.

2. How can I get your price list?
Please send us email for our price list and order information.

3.Can we have our logo or company name to be printed on your products or the package ?
Yes.
Logo and or imprints can be printed on our products by silk screen printing. The minimum quantity for silk screen printing is 1000 units per logo. You can send us the artwork by email in JPEG or TIFF format.
If you want your logo, company name to be printed on the package for the products, such as gift box, paper card, the minimum order is 3000 units per model. You can send us the artwork by email in AI, EPS, TIFF or CorelDraw format ( 300 dpi ).

4. How to place an order?
Please send us your purchase order by email. Or you can ask us to send you a proforma invoice for your order. We need to know the following information for your order:
* Shipping information - company name, street address, phone number, fax number, destination airport or sea port, transportation method ( by courier, by air or by ocean container)
* Product information - model numbers, quantity, unit price
* Delivery time required 
 
5. What's your usual payment term for orders?
Wire transfer ( T/T ) to our bank account after order confirmation. We also supply Paypal or Western Union.

6. How can the products be sent to us?
For small quantity or weight less than 20 kgs, sent usually by courier.
For orders from 20 to 500 kgs, can be sent by air to the airport near you.
For big quantity or volume, sent usually by ocean container.
The transportation way depends on client's choice. Freight depends on quantity, weight, volume, transportation way, destination country (airport, sea port ).

7. Can you arrange the transportation for us ?
Yes. We can arrange sea, air and courier transportation.

8. What's the warranty of your products?
6 months to 12 months, depending on the product. We accept free replacement for unqualified products.

9. How can we become your sole distributor ?
If you can sell our products USD5,000 to USD20,000 per month, you could be one of our distributor in your city or area; If you can sell our products worth more than USD30,000 per month, you could be our sole distributor in the country.

10. Do you accept OEM projects?
Yes, OEM projects are welcome.
